The Willamette Valley Puppeteers, a chartered Guild of Puppeteers of America, serves western and southern Oregon and a large surrounding area to bring together all persons interested in puppetry to share experiences, skills, and resources; to promote excellence in puppetry; and to enhance its public image as a performing art and an educational tool.

The Guild meets monthly to enjoy the fellowship of other puppeteers and to plan events such as performances and workshops for members and for the public. Locations, dates, time, and nature of meetings and other activities are determined by the members. Members receive a newsletter and other information by e-mail. Those who are unable to attend meetings in western Oregon are invited to participate as e-members. Members are invited to post a link to their website on this guild site, at no charge.
